While executive coaching offers individualized assistance
to help reach your goals, workshops, seminars and presentations
can also provide new, practical insight. CIMA Executive Development
offers a wide variety of group learning modules based on executive
coaching principles.
A workshop is the ideal way to introduce a group of people
from your company to a particular topic. Organizations can
send one or two employees, or sometimes an entire department.
The seminar can be given at your facility for your convenience.
The format and content can be tailored to your company’s
needs as well. My workshops generally require one or two days
of instruction, while my seminars require 16 hours of instruction,
usually given as four 4-hour sessions, or eight 2-hour sessions
in a weekly class.
I am also available to speak
on a wide range of topics at your meeting or seminar.
